We will embark upon a search campaign to identify and approach potential candidates who match the predetermined specifications. Interviews and short listing will take place and comprehensive candidate reports of the short list will be submitted for your perusal.
We follow a very comprehensive search process which can be covered as under:
Strategy Planning and Sourcing
Diagnosis & Planning, Position Specification:
As a first step in the search process we will prepare the Company Profile which contains brief write up on the organization so that the company is portrayed properly. This information would be mainly used when approaching potential candidates.
The second step in this process would be to prepare detailed Job descriptions, incumbent profile and KRAs for each position. This would help us in identifying the right match for each position. These documents would also be shared with the short listed candidates.
Industry Mapping & Research: We would be doing extensive research and mapping of relevant companies to identify potential candidates. Based on the mapping a preliminary list of the probable candidates is collected.
Sourcing & Recruiting: Selected candidates would be contacted and their prima facie interest level judged. If interested, Job Profile is sent to them and their CVs / profiles collected, simultaneously a communication channel is kept open with them to sort their further queries.
Assessing Talent Fitment
Candidate Screening: Telephonic Interviews would be conducted initially for the short listed candidates followed by a personal meeting and interview to assess the functional and managerial competencies. Based on the ‘preliminary fit’ a few candidates are identified and their details are presented to clients as ‘benchmark candidates’ for each position.
Candidate Dossiers & Client Interviews Profiles of professionals who most closely fit the specifications, along with our comments would be sent to the client and final interviews can be organized based on the client’s feedback. We would like to participate in the interview process, if possible.
Reference Checking: Candidate reference checks are carried out only if required by the client and at additional cost.
Selection Execution :
Offer & Negotiations This is a very critical stage in the entire search process and we would be acting as counselors to the client as well as candidates to ensure smooth transition of an individual from a candidate to a well adapted employee. We would be closely involved in the co-coordination of the final selection and assisting in the finalization / negotiations of remuneration, and constant interactions to iron out all glitches in the process.
Post-Appointment Follow Up: This is an optional process and is carried out only if required by the client. We would keep in touch with the selected candidates as well as the client in the initial period after the joining of candidate to ensure a smooth transition of candidate into his new role and environment.
